The company’s main activities and services are to construct and manage storage facilities near major ports, airports and highways.
The company recently succeeded in signing an investment contract with Dammam Airports Company (DACO) to establish and operate a logistical support area (by build-operate-transfer method) within the boundaries of the King Fahd International Airport campus in Dammam on a total area of five hundred thousand square meters, designated for warehouses storage facilities, and a central area for security control as well as service areas.

Duty-free storage of goods
Managing storage facilities
Providing ready solutions when there is storage capacity shortage of the client. The services include goods assembly, packaging, re-packaging, and loading.
Inspection and examination by the Saudi customs inside the client’s warehouses or the storage yard of goods to be cleared for release into the kingdom. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority takes samples for examination from the warehouses and clears them after the necessary approvals.
Obtaining a direct special permit to rent a warehouse or yard inside the area for both Saudi and non-Saudi companies
Exemption from customs duties and VAT until goods are released to the domestic market and complete exemption upon re-export
Speedy completion of customs procedures for release or re-export because there is a special Saudi customs office inside the area
Re-exporting to the neighboring Gulf countries, Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria
